DON'T BUY FIRELOGS FROM HERE!!! Purchased mine in 2023 and have had to have at least one service call every year. They try to charge $130 for each visit. Sell an inferior product and then charge to fix it. What a racket!! RUN!!!

Busch Fireplace customer service is second to none! I recently refurnished my outdoor kitchen and pool area. Stephanie came to my house and helped me with my selections and again at delivery to set it up. The end product was just what I was looking for!! In the process they noticed my built-in grill needed to be serviced. They sent someone out and found I needed new burners and grill plates. Amber went above and beyond to make sure that the burners were not only replaced, but covered under the lifetime warranty of my 10-year old grill. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Price makes a difference! We needed new logs and thought about just burning them. I am so glad we didn’t. These are fabulous! Aaron and others we excellent for service and with response. Cannot tell you what to do, but I highly recommend them since they had great products, great selection and great smiles!!!
