Went to the store for the first and last time yesterday. I got there about 11:30 to find a sign on the door saying “Yes we are open if the door is locked knock or shake the door hard or call” the number was posted. After 3 calls and knocking very hard with no answer I left. I felt like a criminal shaking the door on a store in a bad looking neighborhood. They did not ever return my call. I went here to spend thousands on gas logs. I understand it is near the holidays and maybe they had the whole week off but if you’re not open take the sign down and don’t leave your potential customers standing outside begging to be let in.

Customer service is very good. Sales rep was more than helpful and very knowledgeable concerning their products.

You better know exactly what you want, and don't expect questions to help you determine that. After spending almost $5000 on three gas log fireplaces, they would not correct a sales issue on one unit. I also had missing and broken parts. Fortunately, after about two months those items came in. Thanks!
