We had a pipe burst in the facility I work in and half of the building flooded. The majority of this facility is carpeted. I spoke with the very kind office staff at ServPro and they promptly sent a very good team to clean up and install fans to dry the carpet. They came back to treat and shampoo our carpets once they were completely dry. The team was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They did a phenomenal job in this facility and seemed to work very well under pressure. I would highly recommend Vicksburg ServPro for your needs.
