We have been doing business with Buckeye Stoves ever since Loraine bought the business 25 years ago.. we have purchased 2 Wood Burners and 2 Pellet Stoves over the years.. upgrading to newer more efficient stoves..I highly recommend them.. they also have great service techs for any problems that you might encounter..
Pellet Stove repair: After going w another company.and 4 visits over a year and nearly $1000.00 w a still not working stove, Buckeye came out diagnosed it and fixed it in the first visit. Very confident in the phone that they'd fix it and they proved it. It has fired up perfectly since they fixed it a few weeks ago. We appreciate the professionalism and great job.
I highly recommend Buckeye Stoves. The pricing is fair and they are always on time and return calls promptly. I have used them for a couple years to clean and inspect my chimneys, add a gas log lighter and a few other things. The technicians are always honest and never try to upsell me on something that I don’t need. If you are looking for a good honest, local company, they are your people to call.
They are really great people to do business with. They are very knowledgeable with all of there products. If you have any questions after install, they go above and beyond to help you. They installed a pacific energy wood burning insert in my fireplace. And we love it. We only burned 3 cord of wood last winter. We live in a 2200 square foot split level and we have a pellet stove on our main floor. And before we put the insert in we burned 4 pallets of pellets the year before and had to use the furnace last part of March. And the house was cooled !!! This year one of the coldest winters in a long time. A little over 2 1/2 pallets and last fire in the pellet stove June 1 39 degrees when I got up. The warmest our house has ever been. They do great work. They show up when say they will be there. They stand behind there products. They are great people..
