I initially called Bryants to have my neighbor's HVAC serviced which ended up needing a total replacement. Then I asked about my hot water heater, turns out it was 20yrs old and needed replacing as well. I have lived 6 years with enough hot water for a 15 min max shower. The teams came out yesterday to both our homes and did a FANTASTIC job and I got to chat with both teams, very professional, meticulous to every detail and great personalities. We enjoyed them and their work. Today, my neighbor woke up warm and I got a long, hot shower. Thank you so much for everything, it may seem small but it was a big change for us and we are forever grateful! 10/10 recommend!

Dustin was fantastic! As first-time homeowners, it’s always scary when you think something might be wrong with your AC system. He came out, made a thorough assessment, and clearly explained everything to us. He gave us the best deal and helped us set up an inspection plan at a great price. We had a great experience with Bryant Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. Our outside HVAC unit was not working. We called and had a technician at our home within a couple of hours. Montel was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed it and discovered the issue quickly, had the parts with him and got us back up and going quickly. Montel also advised us regarding the age of our HVAC unit and provided us with a proposal for a replacement unit. Although we did not go that route now, Bryant will definitely be a consideration when that time comes. I highly recommend them.

Had to call Bryant on a Saturday to see if they could diagnose my 22 year old system. James arrived quickly, diagnosed my issue and sold me on replacing my entire system. He got me a great price and same day installation. The installers were very meticulous and worked fast to get my new system up and running that day. Thank you Bryant for great service!

Outstanding Service! Tyler, Rodney, and another tech from Bryant arrived right on time, were very professional, evaluated the situation in minutes, explained everything clearly and efficiently, and got straight to work removing the old unit. At the same time, a team member retrieved the new 80-gallon water heater in Lexington. They installed the new tank quickly and left the workspace spotless. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. This replacement was the best in-home service experience I’ve had in a long time. I Highly Recommend!
