It was very disappointing. Then I found this place. Ahhh … heaven. Nice people. They know what they are doing. Affordable. I brought my monitor here just to get it diagnosed, and it turned into a complete waste of over a month of my time. It took about a month to a month and a half, and I never once received a call back. I had to continuously call them myself just to get updates. The final time I called, they told me they couldn’t do anything about it—after all that time. No communication, no follow-up, nothing. If I had known this, I would’ve taken my monitor somewhere else and had it fixed over a month ago. Customer service was horrible from the start. Theses guys are AWSoME! I was having an issue with my EVGA GTX1080 Video card, I stopped in to talk to a technician for diagnoses. They diagnosed my issue, tested my video card and didn’t even charge! I’m pleased with their service and now my Gaming Computer is back up and running. Was a breeze, provided fast service, and my issues were resolved! Will use again their serves again.
