I brought my monitor here just to get it diagnosed, and it turned into a complete waste of over a month of my time. It took about a month to a month and a half, and I never once received a call back. I had to continuously call them myself just to get updates. The final time I called, they told me they couldn’t do anything about it—after all that time. No communication, no follow-up, nothing. If I had known this, I would’ve taken my monitor somewhere else and had it fixed over a month ago. Customer service was horrible from the start. When I first came in, the employee didn’t even try to help me bring the monitor inside, didn’t look at me, and simply handed me a piece of paper to fill out. No effort, no professionalism. This place completely wasted my time. Horrible customer service, horrible experience. Do not come here.
