Alec was knowledgeable and professional! Arrived on time, actually called and asked to come a little early. He quickly diagnosed the problem and within the hour had the firelight up and running! Inspected the other fireplace as well. We signed up to have annual servicing with this company!
Knowledgeable and experienced service. Our technician, Alec was very prompt, helpful and thorough in the work we needed for our fireplace. He made sure everything was working properly and any questions we had he kindly answered them. Barnhill Chimney will definitely be who I call or recommend in the future!
James at Barnhill Chimney Company swept, inspected and fixed a saftey concern that came to his attention. He stayed on-site to fix the problem same day replying, “I’d rather do it right than have it be easy.” when fixing it required him to crawl up above a ceiling in a tiny space in my attic. James was persistent and fixed the issue after calling in support staff, leaving my home clean and safely ready to enjoy a fire. I’d been waiting this season to make sure the fireplace was safe to use. And, very glad I trusted my gut and that James was so diligent in his inspection to find a potential hazard. I highly recommend James for his thoroughness, attention to detail, work ethic, polite nature and excellent communication skills.
