I had a pleasant experience with the service man that Larry’s Heat & Air sent out today. His name was Kyle, and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He called to let me know that he was on his way, and actually arrived ahead of time! He had My A/C Fixed in a decent amount of time without blowing the budget. I was over all pleased with The service I received from all of the employees at Larry’s. I will be calling them again in the future… If need be😂. 😊

I've been doing business with Larry's heating & cooling since 2008 when I bought my house. I've always been quite happy with their techs and their service. My water heater quit a couple weeks ago. I called to see if they could send a tech. The woman I talked to asked me how old my heater was and if it was leaking. I told her it was 20 years old and couldn't tell if it was leaking. She suggested that it might be better to send a consultant to get me an estimate on a replacement. I agreed. She sent Jamie. He was great. He spotted the leak and gave me an estimate on a replacement. He told me it might be a week before they could get it done. I said ok. I'll get a hotel to get a shower. He called me back later and said he'd get it done sooner. Three days later he called and asked me if he could send a crew that morning. Yes. They came before 9 a.m. by noon I had warm water. Two very courteous, polite,and professional young men. They did a very good installation. Cleaned up very well after themselves. I love my new water heater. And my nice hot shower. Highly recommend.
