i4 Improvements

This was a very happy experience for us with Mr. V . Sharma. Very experienced, responsive in very timely manner , and gave us honest advice . We found him very trustworthy from the first conversation we had on the phone and made our decision to hire I4improvement for water heater replacement. Above all his good work- we liked his polite and respectful behaviour and reassurance to be on our side . That is a big help whenever anyone is going through any type of crisis due to breakdown in your home. We highly recommend him to all because it is indeed very hard to find reliable people to give service and respect both

Bradford White has a strong reputation for making much better quality water heaters than you can find at the big hardware stores and i4 installs more of them than anyone in the DMV. Sharma was very responsive by text, communicated pricing transparently and was even able to come in on a Saturday morning to fit my schedule! Work was high quality and he even helped me switch some hoses on my washer/dryer that were hard for me to reach myself without additional charge. Really impressed with the high level of service and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I had any contracting/plumbing needs.

Sharma and his team are exceptional. To get this high level of service at a very reasonable price (the least expensive quote I received) is really a great find. I would send everyone I know to them. They are highly professional and knowledgable, and worked with me patiently even when I made changes to my water cooler order. They arrived on time for the install, and just did a terrific job, cleaned up and it worked perfectly. Can't say enough good things about this team. I thought this was impossible to find in the HVAC sector, but I was happily proven wrong.
