Laptop looks fine now, still doesnt charge. Two second diagnostic myself showed the AC adapter failed, tech tried to convince me it was the charger.

My computer was loaded with pop-ups and was barely running. Anthony removed all viruses and malware, and gave me a complete tune-up. The computer was running well after that, and he did it it one day!

Repaired my laptop. Was freezing up. Anthony diagnosed it and replaced the solid state drive and software. Running like new. Reasonable price.

Originally thought this was a reasonably priced and easy to work with computer repairman— I regret to inform you I was I deceived. After taking my laptop to him for a motherboard replacement, several issues arose including extremely hot PC temperatures and failing components, most notably the GPU and laptop display which started failing just one month after receiving my laptop back from them. They promised me that they would either reimburse me or fix any issues that resulted from the repair because he “wasnt sure if he used the correct coolant”. Now he is doubling back on what he said, claiming the failing components have nothing to do with his repair and is both refusing to fix the components or reimburse me for the 600 dollars I paid him to fix it right the first time. Do yourself a favor and take your PC elsewhere, he is not a computer expert nor is he an honest business person.

Bristol RI Computer repair, this company is awesome, very fair and support after the job is done, Anthony is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond regarding any computer problems you may have. I have used this company several time, and have even shipped my computer from SC for repair, I am very happy with the service I received. Highly Recommend them.
