From start to finish, Britnall Deck Works were professional, meticulous, and outstanding. Ben answered a million questions I had about the process, offered several options, and drew up a sketch so I could visualize the final product. Josh and his team were professional, finished the job on time, and did excellent craftsmanship. They took the front of my house from drab and embarrassing to clean and inviting. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Prior to finding BDW, I called several contractors for estimates and they would no -show or not follow up. Finding and securing good hard working contractors can be a challenge; this is the company to use!

What a great company to work with. Our initial meeting with Ben for our new deck went very well. He is professional, knowledgeable, and open- minded. He listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions and alternatives where appropriate. He provided samples and information about available materials. Most important, he was patient and understanding in the next few weeks as we thought through our design and made changes. The demo of our old deck went quickly and safely. The new deck construction proceeded promptly as scheduled in December. The crew was amazing. Very skilled workers. And the were there every day, as weather permitted, to have the deck up before Christmas. They also worked with us to accommodate reinforcement for a hot tub and built a custom stair access for sturdy accessibility into the hot tub. They also cut in and installed a new door from our bedroom to the deck. We couldn't be happier and absolutely recommend Brintnell Deck works.

He made the design process easy and put together plans for a beautifully custom screened in porch. The demolition of the old deck and construction of the new deck went smoothly and his crew worked long days to get the job done in a short period of time. They stuck to their schedule and within a few weeks, we had a new deck up! Josh was very flexible with any changes we made throughout the construction. The crew cleaned up after themselves and we now have a lovely addition to our house. We can’t wait to use it when the weather warms up!!
