Steve, the technician called to see if it was ok to arrive earlier than scheduled. This was a pleasant surprise. After a few minutes of analysis, he isolated the problem and rectified the situation. His solution was much cheaper than we initially expected. He was very nice and informative. We'll definitely use their services again.
We needed help with a leaking GE side by side freezer door in the door water valve and they were able to send a technician the next morning. Steve was extremely professional, thorough, and helpful. He explained the issues with the fridge and gave us options and the prices of each. Rather than simply make more money by advising us to have him order the part and do the repairs, he helped us make the wiser choice based on his findings and the age of the appliance. Steve's expertise was well worth the cost of the service call! Highly recommended and saving their information in case of future appliance issues.
My oven would not heat. I called Home systems and I was able to make an appointment for that afternoon. James arrived and diagnosis the issue. A few days later Steve arrived to install the part and the oven is heating again. Great customer service. I would definitely use them again. Great job.
