Concrete Leveling Recommendation I noticed over the past few years that the concrete pad in front of our garage had sunk a few inches. This was concerning as one side sunk 4-5" and was angled towards the house, leading to water pooling against the exterior and small amount of water coming into the basement during heavy storms. Water found its way under the pad and eroded the ground beneath. Looking locally and based on reviews, I contacted Chesapeake Concrete Raising for information. Mike was quick to reply, and was at the house within a few days to look at the issue. Yesterday he completed the project and I am very pleased with his work! He was prompt, kept the area very clean, and the works looks great. He raised the concrete pad and a few sections of the connecting sidewalk using polyurethane foam, bringing it back to level with the garage, including a small grade so water flows away from the house.
