The owners at Bridgewater hired my partner for work on their home last year and he had such a positive experience working with them that he committed to having my engagement ring designed by them personally. He saved and they worked with him to make the perfect ring, exactly what I was hoping for. Really close to Christmas Day, he contacted Bridgewater to see if they could “make it happen” in time for Christmas. Bridgewater custom made my ring just in time for my now fiancé to pick it up on Christmas Eve (how cute!) and propose to me Christmas morning! The whole process was organic and personal and we will continue to add to our jewelry collection with Bridgewater from here on out. Had my husband’s wedding band sized down. They ruined the hammer finish on the outside by completely polishing it down, but managed to leave all of the scratches on the inside and outside from them working on it. This was only being sized down half a size. His wedding band now looks like it got ran over by a car and rubbed against coarse sandpaper after. The sales people have no knowledge of the process for sizing plain bands, and spoke to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about when I acknowledged their poor workmanship. Will never go back here again.
