I cannot recommend this shop more highly - the people are exceedingly kind, patient, generous, and fair. I brought in a few of my grandfather's clocks thinking they would need serious tinkering, and was informed that I...simply needed to change the batteries : ) Additionally, I was in the shop this past weekend with my four-year-old, who had a major (and very public!) meltdown. The owners were not only patient despite the long line behind us, but clever - they problem-solved with him and found him just what he needed to calm down. In conclusion, both professionally and personally, if I could give 10 stars, I would.
