They were so nice and helped us out greatly. I was on a short timeline of my own creation and they were able to repair my son’s shoes saving a $200 dollar pair that were only 2 months old. If you are in Greenville and need of shoe repair come see this business.

I went there several years ago when they were at a different location and had some extra holes put in a belt while I waited. Recently I went in to see if I could have some new tips put on a pair of heels and was told I would have to wait over 3 months for something that I imagine would take less than 15 mins to do. Apparently they have over 2000 pairs of shoes and boots ahead of me. Customer service was not great.

Dropped my boots off on July 21st. Was told he was swamped and they'd be ready September 30th. Oh well, what choice do I have, I thought. September 30th comes and goes and no call. Thinking I might've missed their call I tried repeatedly over the next week and a half. I left messages several times but he would neither answer or return my call. Mind you, I was quoted $125 and was on with that if they had been done satisfactorily. I work until 6 everyday they're open except for Friday. Today, Friday I fly up there after work. A 45 minute drive with traffic, mind you. I go in and ask for my boots. He wanders around a minute and asks me what kind of boots? I tell him and he reaches into a bag. He pulls out my unfinished boots that looked the same as they did 82 friggin days ago. He handed them to me and mumbled something about being busy. What a Schmuck! No apology or nothing! I'll go elsewhere, expect less and be happy! He got 1 🌟 because it won't let you post ZERO stars!

I’ve brought three pairs of Redwing boots here. And he has done an amazing job each time, as a heads up he is the only one running the show so it may take some time but it’s totally worth it. Thanks so much
