The Cobblers Corner

I've been bringing my shoes here for about six months now. The online reviews made me nervous, so I'm submitting my review to balance things out. Cobbler's Corner has replaced soles on a few pairs of shoes for me and has re-glued soles on a few pairs of shoes and a pair of sandals. I paid for a clean & polish or two on pieces that I wasn't sure how to polish myself. Everything has come back with quality repairs. I had several pairs of shoes that I couldn't wear and at this point, almost everything is repaired. If there's anything to complain about, it does take a little time to get the shoes back. I had one pair of boots that my dad bought me that I haven't been able to wear for 20 years because the soles wore out and I started slipping and falling down when I wore them. CC replaced the soles and polished them and I wore them yesterday. Another couple of months wasn't that long to wait for the repair. Thank you for the help.

I took a brand new pair of Freebird boots to have the calves stretched. The cashier told me that my boots would be ready on Tuesday morning. I took them on Thursday. I had to pay before they stretched my boots. She said the boots would be on the tool for 48 hours. I picked up my boots around 1pm on Tuesday. I had an appointment, so I wasn't able to try them on until that night. The boots had not been stretched. To top that off, there was a scratch and a small hole on the inside my boot. When I took them back, they sealed the hole and scratch, but didn't give me my money back for a job that wasn't successful. I am beyond disappointed because a few years ago, they did an excellent job on my purse.

I recently took in a pair beautiful Lane boots that were too tight in the calf area. The owner said he could try stretching them for me. We discussed other options if stretching didn't give me enough extra calf width. The boots were stretched and fit great! They were exceptionally nice to me when I dropped off and picked up my boots. And to think I almost didn't go to their shop due to a negative review I read. Reviews are great but they can also be misleading. Thank you the Cobblers Corner...I've definitely been spreading the word about your awesome shop!
