When I met Bradley, I told him about a problem I was having with the lawn irrigation system which was installed by my builder. He came to my home within two days and checked out the entire system and quickly analyzed and repaired the problem at a very reasonable cost. However, in doing so, Bradley found that the builder, Mungo Homes, or its subcontractor, had failed to install the required backflow prevention device. In early September, I demanded that Mungo pay for the installation of said device. They have denied any obligation to do so and the “discussion” continues. Throughout this prolonged ordeal, Bradley has advised and supported me in my ongoing efforts. He has far exceeded my expectations in his professionalism, expertise and support.
