James worked hard, no denying. But he misrepresented his available crew. Instead he used a long string of day workers, most with little to no experience. Crew did not protect furniture from paint and joint compound drops. Quality of result was terrible. I’ll need to repaint many of the walls. He also had me purchase an extra bundle of hardwood flooring (appropriate) but ended up not needed. He repeatedly promised he was returning it. He never did so I’m out the $75 for that. I’ve called him and texted him repeatedly with no response. Last attempted phone call, when I identified myself he just hung up on me. This is after, despite the poor quality of work, recognizing how hard he worked, I actually gave him a bonus! Stay clear of this guy.
