Unfortunately, our refrigerator stopped cooling last evening. We called Bolt, and a technician named Arthur came out. He performed a diagnostic, and fortunately the issue turned out not to be too serious. After the repair was completed, the refrigerator started cooling again. We were pleased with the speed, professionalism, and price. The technician answered all of our questions. We recommend them!!
We just moved into a new house in a new area, and needed help with all our new appliances (laundry, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) , so we asked our friends for a recommendation. Today a technician named Arthur repaired my dryer, and I was very satisfied with the service. Arthur was very polite and professional, explained what the problem was and what needed to be done. When we bought the house, it came with an old dryer; it was serviced and a small repair was done. He also recommended cleaning the ventilation, and now the dryer works like new.
