They are organized, efficient and Mr. Saul came the next day after I called to check our freezer. He had the part and fixed the freezer right away. He also showed me how to maintain it to prevent further issues. I highly recommend this company for their speedy scheduling and expert techs. They get the job done well and fast!
Customer service, communication, quality of work - all 5 stars. Price... it was a pricey repair, but so far I've gotten what I paid for. Their service tech, Mike, was prompt, communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and, to the best of my knowledge, completed a quality repair. I will use them again if needed.
They came early the day after I called about my refrigerator making unusual noises. The service man was very nice and VERY knowledgeable. It turns out the problem is more complicated than I thought and the refrigerator is on its last legs after 8 1/2 years. He was able to provide me the brand name of a refrigerator that has a better record of reliability. Just paid the normal service charge I had been told about in advance.
He wasn’t able to repair my microwave because of the design type. However, he helped price out a replacement for half the cost! Even instructed me on how to replace it myself once I got the new replacement. Very happy 👍🏼
