Chris was on time and very professional. He looked at our Kitchen aide refrigerator , the "ice maker" and knew exactly what went wrong with it. He gave use a quote and the repair was done onsite, right away for the price he quoted. He was very knowledgeable about many brands, our new go to guy for all appliances going forward.
Tech came out and “repaired” my dishwasher. He didn’t bother testing it out before he left. 3 days and $240 later, I had to get him back out to tell me I needed a new dishwasher. Had he thoroughly inspected my dishwasher or even tested it out after the initial repair; I would’ve saved money. I paid another $450 for a new dishwasher. In other words, 50% of the replacement cost went to the technician that was just trying to get through his workload as quickly as possible. The takeaway here is, save yourself money upfront and replace the unit . Don’t waste your money on subpar repairs.
Technician really knew his stuff, and was obviously very familiar with our dryer issue (idler arm) and replaced it in just a few minutes. Not inexpensive ($289), but happy to pay for someone that knows what they're doing and looks like he could have done it with eyes closed. Definitely recommend.
