Friendly, thorough, transparent, honest. Brandon broke down his pricing and his process. He also made suggestions for my setup to make it work better and the idea of him just trying to get more money never even crossed my mind he was just that professional. Oh and DETAIL ORIENTED. Brandon and his apprentice will make tweaks down to the last detail (IF needed) up until the moment your car door shuts. Literally. Check them out.
I’ve had a mixed and ultimately frustrating experience with BLP PC Repairs. I was trying to get my Samsung Gaming Monitor Fixed and went here on January 20th on a Tuesday. The technician Brian or Bryan was helpful, professional, and genuinely tried to assist me. He communicated well and did what he could on his end. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the owner, Brandon. Brandon was largely unresponsive throughout the process. At one point, I was even accused of not paying for the service, despite the fact that payment had already been made through Apple Pay. When this issue came up, Brian or Bryan also had trouble reaching Brandon, which speaks to a larger communication problem within the business. It is extremely unprofessional for both a customer and an employee to be unable to reach the owner, especially when payment disputes are involved. This situation could have been resolved quickly with basic communication. I appreciate the effort and professionalism shown by the employee, but the lack of responsiveness and organization from ownership made this a bad overall experience. I hope the business improves its communication and internal management moving forward.
Brandon provided excellent service! He explained to me what he was doing and why it needed to be done. My all in one is working better than the day I bought it and that's not an exaggeration. Thank you BLP, your work is exceptional, quick and very reasonably priced. Keep up the good work. I'm telling all my friends about you.
Brandon was so nice. I had to get a new screen on my MacBook and he did amazing. We had a problem with the shipping process and let me borrow an adapter so I could get some work done. He is professional and I will definitely use him again if I have any trouble with any other computers.
