Zach was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! My laptop suddenly died and he did some diagnostics - the motherboard was dead. He was honest about my options and we ultimately decided it made more sense to get a new laptop. It is so hard to find a place where you can get an honest, professional opinion these days! I've been here three times now and every time I got a fair price and excellent work.

I stopped in after having multiple issues with my laptop that I messed up. Asked for cleaning services and the employee told me I would be better off replacing my three month old laptop than cleaning the keys. I managed the clean the laptop with around 2 hours of labor. Fast forward a month later and I removed one of the keys to clean it again, accidentally snapped the hinge under the key when replacing. The worker told me they could replace the white piece underneath the key. I needed to order a new keyboard and they would charge $250 to do this.
