Had to take my pc to get fixed, Conrad and his team did exceptional work and was very fair priced and handled in exceptional timing, definitely recommend for your pc repairs

I have been taking my computers to Conrad the owner for years and he is the best computer repair person I have ever done business with. Conrad is extremely fair with prices, very kind, extremely honest and he will never overcharge anyone, because he believes that everyone including businesses get the best service possible the first time. I highly recommend that anyone who is looking for the best and most affordable in computer repair visit him and the website. Just brought laptop to the shop, prices for diagnostics were on their website for $35. I get to the shop they said the new price is $65. Asked if they would honor the price they have online and they decline. Not sure if they are good or not but bad practice of misleading consumers about flat fees and prices. I’m not advising they increased a quote for repairs after having something. Just that they listed one price on their website in multiple places and they were inaccurate. We had a critical work laptop that began failing. We were in a time crunch and dropped it off and asked they salvage what they could. We later dropped off the new laptop as well. They communicated well and followed through with everything they promised and went above and beyond. They even stayed after hours. I was blown away at their service and the amount of work they put in for such an affordable price. Picked up the new laptop the same night (all completely setup) and never skipped a beat. Thank you guys for going above and beyond and for saving our day!
