Billy Butler Heating and Air was a great experience from start to finish. Our upstairs furnace wasn’t heating well and airflow was weak, and they were able to come out the same day when others couldn’t. The technician was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain what was going on while fixing it. He cleaned the flame sensor, adjusted the blower speed, and had the heat running properly in no time. The conversation was relaxed and friendly, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. No upselling, no pressure, just honest work and good people. I’d absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.
