I called TE Technicians because my water heater was leaking. The person on the phone was very helpful and courteous. I was given a window of time for the technician, Joshua, to arrive. I was sent a text message immediately with all necessary information, including information about and a picture of Joshua. On the phone, I was told I would receive another text/call 30 minutes before he arrived. It all worked as planned. Joshua was friendly, courteous, efficient, and informative. A “small leak” turned into a replacement of the 20 year old heater. Bad news made ok by a technician who explained everything and showed me a leak in the bottom of the heater that would not be my future problem. If you want an excellent technician, ask for Joshua. I was having problems with my landscape lighting not working properly and finally called TE for help. Jeremy and Isaiah arrived right at the start of my appointment window. After listening to me describe the problem, they set to work diagnosing my system. Withing 15 minutes they determined the issue was with my old control box, which was over 15 years old. They installed and tested the new control panel (see attached photos) and all is working perfectly again. These 2 were efficient and knowledgeable about how my system operated and resolved the problem within an hour. Call the electricians at TE Certified; they know what they are doing and can fix whatever issues you have.

We just had a new Rinnai tankless water heater installed by Andrew. We were switching from a traditional tank heater to tankless, which requires a different exhaust system, new gas connection and new water piping. Andrew did an excellent job explaining what was needed and why, provided a fair quote, then did a very nice job with the installation and cleanup afterwards. He showed me how to adjust the settings and reviewed the maintenance recommendations. The new system works great and we are very pleased with the result. I'm a happy customer and will use TE again when needed in the future.
