Bill White Roofing & Waterproofing

I can’t say enough good things about Bill White Roofing! Their customer service was absolutely amazing. They came out the same day, went up on the roof, and quickly identified a small hole that two other companies completely missed. Both of those companies quoted me around $2,500, saying I would need to remove fascia and gutters—without even inspecting the roof properly. Bill White Roofing was honest, straightforward, and saved me from unnecessary work and costs. It’s so refreshing to deal with people who truly care about doing the right thing. I will absolutely be referring them to all of my neighbors and will continue to call them for any roofing needs in the future.

We desperately needed 3 very old and neglected flat roofs replaced on our house. I compared more than 10 companies, narrowed it to 3 and got estimates from those companies. Bill White came to estimate the jobs himself and was the only one of the three that actually got on the roofs. I used to work in exterior contracting, so I appreciated his knowledge and old-school approach. He was honest about which roofs needed to be replaced and which we could repair if we wanted. His price was not the lowest but it was in line with what I expected given my experience. The roofing company who had replaced our gutters gave me a price that was double! I was shocked. Once we selected Bill's company, he was patient while I got approval for the replacements from the HOA and then scheduled the job very quickly thereafter. His roofers were skilled and they worked expediently but did not cut corners. They expertly pitched all 3 roofs to drain properly and even the heaviest rainstorms have drained the roofs without any pooling. Bill actually suggested that we move the drain on our garage roof because the way it was constructed was causing debris to quickly build up and trap water on the roof. There was quite substantial leak damage to the interior and mold. All decking was included in their price, so no surprises! They even went above and beyond to source a copper leader head and make new copper scuppers to drain the roofs properly. They gave me the receipt straight from the supplier and did not add any overhead on top, which I appreciated and was truly above and beyond. You can't go wrong with Bill White and his professional company!

(Roof repair/roof leak/fixing valley) Bill and his crews did a great job fixing the roof leak! It hasn't been leaking so far after the fix on 12/6/2021. Although they are not the cheapest among the vendors offering to fix the roof, they were very responsive, offered a great quality of work and a 10 years warranty! While all the other contractors I talked to needed at least 2 - 4 weeks before actually fixing it, Bill did the inspection himself and was able to schedule the work in about 3-4 days! His crews, Mario and another man who can't speak much English took just 1 day to install the new valley membrane and finish all the patching. And they cleaned up all the garbage promptly. There were only 2 things I was a little bit concerned about, which Bill promptly and patiently answered. (1) It's a bit cloudy/rainy on 12/6, so I was worried that might affect their work and was wondering if Bill wanted to reschedule. But Bill, based on his experience, assured me that they would be able to finish the work before the rain, and it shouldn't have any impact. (2) It's stated on the contract that the valley roofing material will be "new Firestone roofing with black mineral surface", but eventually what's installed is "Firestone SBS White". Bill explained that the white one would be a better fit because a silver coating is needed for the black one, and with Firestone SBS White, the silver coating is not needed. I am really glad and appreciate that Bill took the time to patiently and promptly address my concerns, and explained everything thoroughly to me! And he is very flexible with the payment methods as well! Overall, Bill and his teams did an awesome job! Thank you very much for the hard work!
