I was in need of two 18,000btu AC units for my 2 family home. I went local not wanting to do a DIYS and needed it professional and fast. Len-Harris did not disappoint, the knowledgeable salesman Jonathan knew all the specs and pointed me to great units. The crew that replaced the sleeve were clean professional and knew exactly what to do. The two units installed in 1.5 hours and work great. I did receive better pricing compared to the box stores plus the old units and cases were taken away. They were even installed day after the purchase!

It’s unfortunate that it took a negative Google review for me to finally hear back from you—and even more unfortunate that your response isn’t truthful. The facts are clear: • The only strict rule is that work cannot start until 9 AM. I was told I’d be the first unit that day, but even the installer told me otherwise. • I had to make multiple calls just to get a response—would you like me to attach my phone records too? • I also work in people’s homes, and what I experienced here was not a “deep clean.” It was unprofessional. The attached pictures will speak for themselves. I try to support small businesses, but when this is the level of service, it makes big box stores look a lot more appealing.

Very disappointed with this company. Scheduling was poorly handled, and I had to make multiple calls just to ensure the installers came to my home. The bigger issue was the cleanup—my living room, dining room, and kitchen were left covered in dust, from furniture and tables to my TV and glassware. For a $600 job, this level of care and attention is unacceptable. I reached out to the company directly about these concerns and never received a response.

Len Harris saved Thanksgiving! I had ordered a refrigerator directly from the manufacturer in September and after their logistics company cancelled on us 7 times I found myself about to host thanksgiving without a fridge suited to the task. I called Len Harris on Tuesday. Jonathan let me know that my model was in stock and also let me know other less expensive versions were in stock too. He sent me the spec sheets and I was able to place the order by phone. Just over 24 hours later the refrigerator was already installed in my kitchen ready for the holiday! I am so amazed at how quick and easy the process was. I didn’t even have to go to the showroom and they made sure I got my appliance the very next day. Highly recommended!!
