The company owner claimed the roof was fixed after only a couple of taps, and the customer had already paid. However, he hadn't actually fixed anything. The roof continued to leak when it rained, and the repaired areas were even worse than before. Not only did the owner fail to fix the roof properly, but he also engaged in malicious online harassment, slander, and defamation against a customer who had already paid, harassing and defaming them for six months. Furthermore, the roof wasn't repaired at all; it started leaking again shortly after it was supposed to be fixed, and the leaking area not only didn't decrease but increased tenfold. Children speak the truth; the child's testimony is attached. This company failed to repair my roof and actually made the roof much worse than it ever be. After they told me the roof was fixed and I paid them, rain continued leaking heavily into my sister’s bedroom about one week later. When I posted an honest review to describe what happened, the owner of this company started attacking me online with false and very inappropriate comments. This went on almost daily for nearly six months, just because I shared a truthful review. No customer should be treated this way. I hope my experience helps others avoid going through the same situation
