Our vintage RO unit needed serious maintenance. Bob diagnosed the problem and offered a couple different options. We chose to have the old unit repaired. Bob ordered the parts and scheduled a repair visit. He and his crew arrived at the appointed day and time. They replaced a major part and numerous other items. The unit functions like new. The charges were more than fair. We can’t recommend Bob and BHWS enough!
