Absaroka Door

This is not a good review. We have paid for our garage door, back in August, and still have no door. They call and make an appointment, then never show up. Or even call to cancel the appointment. This is Feb. 5, 2026. We ordered the door around Sept. 30, 2025 and have the receipt for it, but no new door. I have never had anyone in Powell do this way. First they forgot to Oder the door, then forgot it was suppose to be green. Then they said it would have to be painted. So that was done. Then month or so later, they came over with the and came over with the door damaged. They have had it another month. Called two week ago, "and ask if we going o be home for them to install the door." Well, again NO SHOW. We would love to have our garage door please. They have been here to get our doors for the house ready for winter. And that young man did a wonderful job. Was very polite and great worker. Wish we could get him to install our garage doors. So things are not always the way they should be. Hope they read this. ''WE ARE WAITNG''

Needed garage door repaired or replaced. They were very good at coming to help us so we could get cars out of garage and use our present door manually until fixed. Ordered a new door and we were told it would be installed within 5 to 7 weeks. After numerous calls which we were promised they get back to which didn’t and obviously not getting the door finally had it and lost a panel off the truck when getting ready to come. We did get our money back. Things happen but the irresponsible way of not getting back and following through on promises was to much.
