Shane installed two mini splits for me. He was professional, fairly timely, and affordable during that time-frame. 2 months later, when I asked him to make corrections to the work he did for me, he led me on for over a week. This was not a big deal but when I confronted him about the excuse for not showing up, he did what many Cody subcontractors do, which is get overly defensive instead of just admitting their fault. I like giving transparent folk work. Shane unfortunately doesnt fall in that category anymore.
