I have used Big Easy Services twice within the last couple months for different issues. They are easy to work with, friendly, and good at their jobs. Our last tech Josh went absolutely out of his way above and beyond to help not only me but our duplex tenant who has 2 young boys. Thank you again I appreciate all of your hard work and friendly demeanor. I will refer you whenever I'm asked and will continue to use you in the future.

I used Big Easy to fix a shower that had poor water pressure and did not get as hot as others. The tech arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and got the part needed to repair (cartridge). Since the tech was here, I asked him to look at a water stain I had a on ceiling. I assumed it was just a leaky tub cartridge. When the tech noticed the cartridge did not seem to be leaking, he spent the time to find the problem. A small hole in the supply line under the faucet was dripping. Even though we needed to cut drywall to find, he kept the area clean and did not leave my house a mess. I found the company to be fair on the prices since it took some time to find the leak.

April 2024: (See Also: November 2023, Below) Well, they did it AGAIN! Were we ever in a pinch this time with a significant drain pipe leak in our condo effecting not only us but also the unit below us. What a way to meet your neighbors! This was perhaps the most stressful home 'issue' I have ever had to deal with - quickly and in real time! Once again, Big Easy Services hit the ball out of the park! From P.J. the scheduler, to Kerry the Office Manager, to the service guys Johnny, Sam, Kelek, Ronnie, and Ryan. Great communications, customer service, and professionalism every step of the way. Big Easy Services is certainly our preferred 'go to' New Orleans plumbing company! Thank you everyone! November 2023: What an incredibly positive customer service experience with Big Easy Services… and those types of encounters seem to be occurring less-and-less frequently these days! I’ll admit it: I am a high maintenance customer… I ask lots of questions, I’m very particular with details and expectations, and I speak fast. However, from scheduling the work with P.J. (and the many, many calls between us before, during, and after the work – and a moment of panic in between) to the actual work completed by Josh… we could not be happier. We were replacing our kitchen and bathroom countertops and sinks, and we contracted with Big Easy Services to reconnect all the water supply and drain lines. What should have taken a couple, or a few hours took much longer, and required him to make two trips for parts. Of course, there were a couple of unexpected hiccups thrown in there. Both employees were always extremely professional, and I know I must have tested them. The price for the work was fair too. I wish I could give them a sixth star in their rating. We were first time customers for this work. While you hope to never need a plumber, the next time we do, we will be calling them! Thanks everyone!
