Friendly and helpful staff. They are quick and to the point. I found the repairman to be very helpful, and he described in full detail what part needed to be ordered and how long it would take to complete the work. I promptly received a phone call on they day it was estimated to be ready to let me know my repair was done. My phone (Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G) worked like new after the repair. Very satisfied.
If I can give them a ZERO I would. I went here twice and both times they made my phone worse than what it was. The first time they gave me a defective screen and refuse to fix their mistake. I went back to see if they would fix it and they charged me again, full price. And now they broke my sim card when they popped it out. RIDICULOUS!! I will never go back here again!!
great experience! Zee helped me out tremendously. He was fast, efficient, and very patient with me and my phone, not only did he fix the screen and lock button but he was able to restore the phone with no problem at all! 10/10 recommend!!
Very friendly staff. Fixed my boyfriends phone quickly. Shop is clean and organized. Definitely will be my go-to if I have any future problems. Also love that they are open late, I can actually get there after work! Most businesses are closed by 5pm, which is when I get off of work in Metairie, so I love that they close for 8pm.
My son's phone would not take a charge and went dead. I brought it in, and the technician fixed it QUICK! He had a nice array of used phones and accessories as well. Very pleased with the service. THANKS!
