My wife called to get a quote on a repair, when asked if she wanted to make an appointment, she said she was just getting a quote for now and *click* they just hung up on her. Horrible customer service.

Awful phone support, unreliable and liars. Waited all day for a repairmen and when calling back they told me they called and left a message hours beforehand that they weren't coming, and nether phone number I gave them had a missed call or message left on the machine.
