I’m from out of state and needed a new windshield and i happened to be working near this place and I’m glad I found it . Nice small business looks family owned and everyone I talked to was extremely nice. The price was great none of the overhead charge ups the big glass companies charge and the new windseild came out just like the factory one. I 100% recommend this company if ur in need of a windsheild .
Big Crack Auto Glass was awesome to work with. Crystal was very professional and handled everything from start to finish. Chad came out and replaced my entire windshield, and the process was quick and smooth. Overall, it was a great experience—easy, stress-free, and quality work. Highly recommended!
Could not be happier with my experience! Called them early in the morning and within minutes they had my insurance agent on the phone getting a claim started. They got me in that same morning and within an hour I was getting a call that my car was already finished! Everyone there was so pleasant, helpful, and efficient - it made the process seamless! Highly recommend!!
Something hit our windshield on vacation. Filed a claim Sunday, dropped car off overnight Monday and was ready for Pickup Tuesday morning around 930. Fast amd friendly service. Would highly recommend.
