SVD&W was great to work with. They helped me to install two new sliding doors. They also helped me to find parts for and install an old storm door. The Owner Steve was very communicative through the initial process and the installers were very professional.
Their prices are much more reasonable than the big-box shops such as Renewal by Anderson & West Shore Window. You will feel relieved getting an estimate from Steve and his team if you are in need of new doors or windows. Support a local business, would highly recommend this company!

The initial consultation with the owner, Steve, was very thorough. Steve was very helpful and open minded as far as possible options. He wasn’t pushy like other installers. Steve was very communicative, through email, and very patient letting me decide how and when to proceed. He was more than willing to answer all questions that I had.
Matt and Gary, were super courteous and brought their expertise and craftsmanship to life. Their attention to detail was amazing and they really did a great job start to finish. Everything they did, they explained. And they cleaned up, both during and after install.
Getting these windows has made the house feel like a brand new one. These Harvey windows are super nice. I really like that all of the hardware is metal and the window doesn’t look cheap like the Lowe’s Pella brand I installed in my bathroom. I may have them come out and replace that one too, even though it’s less than 6 months old.
The screens are spring loaded in place, as well as the night locks and being able to effortlessly open the windows for air or to clean is great.
I highly recommend Steve and his crew at SVDW and am looking forward to getting them back out to replace two exterior doors in the spring.
Steve was great to work with, the best part was it wasn’t high pressure sales like many other window and door companies. He worked with us and gave us many different options for style and price. His crew did an excellent job installing the door, they took their time and payed extra attention to detail to make sure the job was done right. I would highly recommend them for any door or window installation. I will be using them again in the future.
We are extremely pleased with the quality of our doors and the workmanship of Gary and Matt. Steve was very understanding and accommodating to change a mistake I made in ordering our door. All our friends and family have commended on how smooth the doors open, close or slide. The doors look great.
