Being fairly new to Yuma I had a transmission leak on my 2002 Jeep Wrangler. The shop I took it to recommended different transmission shops in town and I decided on Team Ramco. Glad I did. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and explained the importance of all the parts they wanted to replace. The price was not the cheapest in town but I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I’m really happy with the work and will use them in the future.
What a fantastic outfit! Had issues with truck transmission and expired warranty. Trish went to bat for me and discovered the issue is covered by GM. Can’t say enough good things about Team Ramco
There's a lot I can say about team Ramco 1. Very professional 2. Willing to answer questions -even my very stupid ones 3. Very fast service - complete transmission rebuild in under a week AND they were short staffed 4. 100% know what they are doing - saw that someone else had worked on my transmission and some of the parts were OK, but they could do better 5. They kept their shop very clean 6. Everyone there was friendly 7. Let me stay overnights in my RV saving me tons of money with FREE electric and water 8. Free loaner vehicle for the week. All I had to do was return it full of gas I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I got great service for a fair price. Ken
Highly recommend, they took care of our RV and my peace of mind. Everyone was super friendly, I've never been treated so well and offered so much. They offered a full hook up spot if we needed to be there overnight, showers, a key to the gate so we could come and go after hours. Another customer in a rv was given a curtesy car. 100% best auto experience.
Another mechanic told my son, he needed new transmission. Ramco came highly recommended, so we took it to them. They diagnosed, and found it wasn't the transmission. We saved approximately $2,000 and more! This company is competent, professional, honest, and affordable! God bless this company!
