Granite Karma Countertops

I am glad I found Granite Karma to install the quartz countertop and sinks in my four bathrooms. Chris, my lead there, I was honest, direct, and knowledgeable. The clarity of our communication, which can be pretty complex with a project like this with so many choices and options, was perfect. I would recommend Granite Karma to my close family and friends anytime. Their installation team, headed by Dionis, strived for perfection and was a pleasure to work with. The outcome was even better than my very high expectations.

Marbino Surfaces referred us to Granite Karma for fabrication and installation. Chris was extremely helpful and responsive during the estimate process, patient with lots of questions and estimate revisions by email. Justin, their contractor for measurements, was another wonderful experience, helping us figure out a curved perimeter we wanted on a backsplash piece. The installation crew was a team of three very hardworking people who demo'd our granite tile tops, installed quartz on the island and honed granite on the perimeter wall and full backsplash. The crew leader was knowledgeable, friendly and resourceful. He got another subcontractor on site quickly when it was discovered drywall work would have to be done before they could install the backsplash. This allowed the job to continue seamlessly and at a minor additional cost for "emergency" services. We highly recommend Granite Karma, as well as Marbino Surfaces (our quartz source) and Aracruz RE (our honed granite source)! The service is great, and the crews are skilled at their trade plus problem solvers to keep projects on track.
