This company is NOT ethical. DO NOT USE THEM. I searched on google and they came up with a Bristol address, so i gave them a shot. Turns out that is a fictious address. I called them to replace the lift spring on my fathers garage door. This is a $20 part from home depot and about 1 hours work and they charged my 89 year old father $3,161.92 for what should have been a $250 to $300 job. I call them to dispute it and got the run around for a few days. Then the owner, a women, called me to get my side of the story and she agreed that would be way too much to charge for that job. Now wont take my call, now for 2 weeks, and is holding to that 10x overcharge. Absolutely despicable people.
