Bell's Heating & AC

Bell’s installed heating and air in our new home we built just 3 years ago. Since then, we have had to replace the coil in one of the units 3 times now. The 2nd replacement coil was used, when it was supposed to be new, leading to the 3rd replacement. The new company that we have working on them today, after having issues yet again with two of the units, states that the “new” unit we are having to replace the compressor in, Bell’s installed at construction, was actually a used unit with a compressor from a different unit, that they installed as new. Awesome business that cares about their customers!

I do work for a property management business in Simpsonville. He has Bell's do all HVAC work on properties they manage or own. I had also recommended them numerous times to my customers as well. I don't recommend too many businesses because it's also MY reputation that's on the line. I always follow up and ask them how was the service, what needed done and what the cost was. Billy Bell is always quick to respond, his guys do a great job and and the cost is always reasonable. You can't ask for more than that! Bell's will be installing a new system in my own home next week. I will do another review after the installation.
