I hired HO Miller a hacker that buys from BSD . My vanity I purchased is sinking and the decking is failing. I wanted the same anderson windiws i have in the rest of my home without the grids and i was told those windows were not available per hacker miller per Don his rep. I called Anderson directly and they said the windows in the front of my home are still available. Unfortunately the wrong windows were installed. Either the contractor lied or the rep was dushonest. So the Corissa who was my sales rep never even came to the job. Everytime I called she was out at a job but never at mine. I filed a complaint against HO Miller with an arbitra... I provided pictures of all the failing substrates that I purchased from BSD and Corissa wrote a letter stating she never had an issue with Hacker Miller. Maybe if she would've come to my home to see his failing and below standard construction she wouldn't have been so quick to write a letter. I'm the end user customer and I would not recommend Corissa as a consultant. Don did send someone out to fix my Anderson Slider and will replace a dry rooted seal. This project is only a year old. So beware of the contractor that BSD touts as a professional snd quality contractor HO "hacker" Miller and I would think twice about using BSD in Ocean View. I added 5 photos of the terrible work HO Miller did.Picture provided.The vanity is sinking,hacker miller left chunks of drywall under my sink purchased from BSD and the marble back splash guard is separating from vanity. Corissa should've came to my home to witness this shoddy work.And an FYI Hacker Miller used camo screws on the composite deck that I shared pics of. Per Timbertech no camo screws to be used on any of their composite decking per the warranty and installation guide. Corrissa and Don make notes to self. BSD DO NOT REFERR THIS HACKER
