They were amazing. Helped my Grandma in a serious bind and fixed her AC when another company said it couldn't be fixed.. so compassionate and kind.. recommended highly. Thanks guys for everything. She is warm and safe thanks to y'all.

I had a great experience with Beech Island with a difficult job. My 1926 era cottage had 50 year old duct work that needed removal and replacement - in a tight crawl space. Also a new vapor barrier and dehumidifier were recommended. The crew and foreman, Josh were super. They communicated twice daily, kept us informed, and completed work on schedule. The owner Johnny A. was on site as well to check out the work. I am fortunate to have had a recommendation for Beech Island from a trusted friend.

James was AMAZING! So friendly and knowledgeable! After having three repair calls done by someone else and the problem still not solved,James comes in and within 20 minutes diagnose the problem. IHe was so patient and answered our questions. I would recommend Beach Island Appliance Repair to anyone who may need a home appliance repair. Thank you again, James!
