Really glad I called Doc Savage. Everyone was great to work with from Brandon advising me on repairs to Chuck giving me options for a new unit to Missy taking care of the financing. Once I decided on the new unit they were able to get it sooner than expected and the install team was absolutely fantastic.. All around great experience for each phase of my project..

Bryan and his assistant were great. Friendly and knowledgeable. The company responded quickly and was out servicing our gas fireplace the next day. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Doc Savage. I called for a dryer duct cleaning not knowing how old and clogged our dryer duct actually was. A fire hazard waiting to happen. Older homes have unique challenges (dryer duct on the floor/crawlspace) and Don and Austin met every challenge. They were outstanding, professional, articulate and explained every step. An amazing company with the highest standard of personnel and reasonable priced. ***** 5-Stars and beyond.

The service technician was FANTASTIC!! Very Through, Punctual, and Knowledgeable. Took the time to fully answer ALL of our questions and even informed us of valuable information on improving the service and functionality of our system that we were not aware of. Great Personality as well.

I could not get my gas logs to work. I was able to get an appointment quickly. they came out. they were prompt knowledgeable and got them working in no time. I was particularly impressed as the problem was with the electronics of a Brand logs that they were not familiar with. I willhavethem come out every fall to service them and get them ready for the winter
