⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) – Consumer Warning ! I bought a used washing machine from this store at the end of November, and it broke after only about two months. I still have two payments left on it. When I returned to the store, I was told there was only a 30-day warranty, and they refused to help. I am 62 years old and on a fixed income, and this has caused real financial stress. Buyers should be very careful—used appliances here may not last, and there is no support once the short warranty ends.

So sad. Having to repair a 4 yr old washing machine that we purchased brand new from Howards is tough, especially when it is sold as being the same quality, same manufacturer, same reliable motor as the big name brands. Having the cost of repair be the same price as a new machine is ridiculous. We will now go to Home Depot or Best Buy and purchase another new machine (they have for same price or less than we paid 4 yrs ago) and pay $139 for an extended 5 year warranty and be covered if it breaks in 4. I would certainly consider Howards for cheap used appliances, but nothing new ever.
