I have a 60 year old Chelsea Ships Bell clock which stopped working. I brought it to Baystate Clock for repair. Unfortunately, on return, it began to loose time and I returned it to Baystate Clock for further repair which they did. The further repair work proved both difficult and time consuming but at no further cost. What is important to note in this case was the determination to identify the cause and solve the problem, which they did.

Replaced the batteries in a few of my car keys - $25/key (what I’ve paid previously at other establishments). Large selection of unique 14k gold jewelry + some costume jewelry (as well as watches). The gentleman who assisted me was friendly and helpful but wasn’t too pushy trying to sell me on jewelry while I waited when I just wanted to browse (which i appreciated).
