I purchased a home from Fiesta Mobile Homes 15 months ago. At that time I was treated very respectfully, fairly and if they stated it, it happened. During the warranty period there were a few minor issues that were resolved very quickly. Well we just had our monsoon season for rain and where I am at it rained very hard. Two of my windows leaked water and both of my doors leaked water from the thresholds. But I am 3 months passed the warranty period. At first I wasn’t sure what to do, but this all had to be repaired before it rained again. So, I took a chance and called them. I explained the situation with April, what a wonderful person, she stated that she would speak to Max, one of the owners/manager, and call me back. She called back in a few hours later and stated that once things dried out, Max was going to send a crew out to take care of all the leaks and it wasn’t going to cost me anything. I couldn’t believe it! After all I was out of the warranty period, they were not obligated to do anything but they stepped up and took care of me, their customer! Wow, what customer service! If you are in need of a mobile home give these people a shot at earning your business, trust me you will be glad you did! They have homes for any budget, their products are reasonably priced, good quality homes, they are more than fair and their customer service is simply amazing!
