B & T Glass

I needed a custom window screen to be made for my house. I was directed to B&T Glass after I posed the question to a Facebook Alamogordo group. When I stopped by B&T to see if they could do this for me, I was throughly expecting to be told it would take a couple of weeks to get it done. I was pleasantly surprised to be told it would be done by the next day. However, I received a call later that day telling me the screen was done and ready for pickup! Fair and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend B&T Glass.

Company was 3rd party contracted to replace a shattered window on base. The company did an excellent job replacing the window as it looks new. My issue is they left glass everywhere, and didn't clean it up. When my wife asked, "can you go again and try and clean up some more glass. We have little girls who play out here," one of the employees said, "yes ma'am" then turned around and under his breath whisper "guess I'll sweep your whole driveway then". 1 minute later they said they were finished and asked to leave, not caring about the glass scattered about. I found handfuls of broken glass on my patio, roof, garage, and street. Photos to follow.

My wife decided to use a broom full force on an exterior window to kill a wasp. She killed both the wasp and the window in the process! :). I called B & T Glass this morning and already have two window repairman here this afternoon! “TJ” is very professional and knowledgeable in his work. Glass was promptly replaced and I could not have asked for a better cost! Great Job B & T Glass, you continue to take great care of your hometown customers!!
