Alamogordo 1 Stop Auto Services

Stopped here while on vacation because my batteries were bad on my RV. The Advance parts store next door had my batteries under warranty but couldn't install due to being under the steps of the RV and I had no tools. These good people were happy to help and let us bring my dog in the waiting room and gave him a treat. Had some real cool vintage cars there and some great conversation too. You could tell these people enjoyed their work and working with each other. I'm retired after being in automotive for 34 years and I can tell you this is a great place to do business.

Not sure where to start with this one. One stop has a lot of good. Their people are great, their customer service is great. I can definitely say I trust them to work on my car. However, we had some price disagreements that originally I had been upset about, but after having a conversation with Will, one of the representatives, he explained why the quote was high. Explaining that it is only a quote, One Stop quotes the worst scenario, the way they do business is you’re often paying less than the quote, which is something not a lot of shops do and is definitely a good business practice. One stop was willing to work in my price range for the exhaust work I needed. They were timely, and I didn’t have to wait weeks to get my car in. The welds were a little bit tacky, I’ve had better exhaust welds, but I won’t fault them for it, if I could weld more than tacks I would’ve done it myself. Overall I would go back and I don’t mean to leave the review with a bad taste.
